Join our 45-minute Reboot class where our goal is to improve cardio and tone muscles with equipment such as Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bodyweight Exercises, Air Bike, Rower.

Bootcamp

Looking to get back into shape and lose weight? Join our 6-Week Bootcamp Program where we use Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bodyweight Exercises, Air Bike, Rower, Short Running. Class length is 60-minutes.

Cost | $179 for all 6 weeks
Schedule | M/T/W/Th from 5:30am-6:30am & 7:30-8:30pm
