There are three programs to join at our gym
Led by our USA Weightlifting Level 2 Coach, Victor Durazo, this class meets Thursdays at 5:30pm and 10:15am on Saturdays.
Looking to get back into shape and lose weight? Join our 6-Week Bootcamp Program where we use Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bodyweight Exercises, Air Bike, Rower, Short Running. Class length is 60-minutes.

Cost | $179 for all 6 weeks
Schedule | M/T/W/Th at 5:30am-6:30am and 7:30-8:30pm
