Downtown Bootcamp is all about pushing yourself and helping others in your class achieve their goals. Our training is tough – but everything is done at your fitness level. We move throughout the workout as a group, leaving no one behind. If you can’t do a movement, we always have a way to scale it to meet your ability. No matter your fitness level, we’re all on the same team with the same goal – to improve yourself!

Our bootcamp is designed for beginners.
Classes are 1 hour long.
Meets Monday-Thursday for 6 weeks.
Every class is led by a trainer (7:30pm coach is bilingual).
Everything is done together, no going it alone.
You don’t have to be in shape to start.
We use light dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, air bikes, short running, bodyweight exercises, and battle ropes in class.
Biggest transformation wins $600+, 2nd place $250+, 3rd place gets their next bootcamp free.

Schedule: Monday-Thursdays. 5:30 AM & 7:30 PM. You can attend all 4 days each week.
Who is ReBoot designed for?
- People wanting high intensity interval training
- Individuals looking to get back into shape in a group environment
- People who have previously done CrossFit or a bootcamp and don’t quite feel ready to jump right back into our CrossFit program
- People who don’t want to train with a barbell or do high impact exercises, but want high-intensity training
- Individuals with injuries or recovering from an injury
Monthly cost: $89
These classes will be capped at only 12 people to provide you with a small, safe setting.
What We Won’t Be Using
- We won’t be using barbells.
- We won’t be running.
- We won’t be doing high impact exercises.
What We Will Be USING
- We will be using light dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls.
- We will be using air bikes and rowers to get your cardio training.
- We will be doing lower impact, safe exercises.
- We will work hard, sweat, and have fun!
CrossFit is our main program, providing you with an hour long, full body workout. Our CrossFit classes are always led by a CrossFit Level 1 trainer. A typical CrossFit class begins with a 5-10 minute group warm up. Then, we move into a strength movement. That could be something with a barbell, like a back squat or shoulder press. We don’t want you “bulky strong”, we want you to gain strength to make your daily life easier! After the strength movement, the class goes into the workout of the day (W.O.D.). Before the W.O.D., the trainer explains and demonstrates all of the exercises in the workout. We make a point to make sure everyone understands and you’ll have time to practice the exercises before the workout begins. Workouts typically take 15 minutes, but can go as long as 45 minutes. After the workout, the trainer guides the group through a cool down. With the warm up, strength portion, workout, and cool down, the class takes 60 minutes.
Every workout is able to be modified or scaled to accommodate the abilities and limitations of each athlete. Coaches work throughout each class to ensure safety and proper technique while encouraging athletes to challenge themselves. The overall outcome is an improved quality of life and ability to perform everyday tasks with greater ease and confidence. Some of the great side effects of these workouts are increased weight loss, strength, greater flexibility, and a feeling of camaraderie and community with the other members of the gym.

Classes are 1 hour long, and each workout starts with a 5 to 10 minute warm up – simple movements designed to get your joints loosened up. After the warm up, we move into our workout. We explain the workout at the whiteboard, demonstrate the exercises, and have everyone practice the exercises before starting the workout. This ensures that everyone is comfortable with the movements and they can be performed safely throughout the workout. We never have you do an exercise or a weight that you’re not comfortable with.
2018 Downtown Bootcamp start dates: April 16th, June 4th, July 23rd, September 10th, October 29th.
